With easy access from the UK, these gites are ideal for families with small children travelling together. For the children there are large gardens with swings and a lovely outdoor heated pool. For indoor activity there is a play barn with toys and games including board games, ride on toys, buckets, spades and fishing nets as well as a ball park. Quiet barbecue lunches can be enjoyed on the patio on days where you decide to take a break from exploring this popular and beautiful corner of France. A great holiday spot for families. The nearest village of Gouarec is only 1.5 kms away and has a good range of facilities; on foot it takes 10-15 minutes, in the car about 3 minutes. There are restaurants, cafes, a boulangerie, supermarkets and banks. Being very close to Lake Guerledan means safe sandy beaches and water sports are only 8 kms away. The lake provides a relaxing setting and has a number of restaurants. The lake is very popular with walkers and is ideal for boating, fishing, water-skiing and swimming.
