Located in 19 acres of private pasture and oak woodland, this renovated stone barn offers you plenty of accommodation (it sleeps 8), has a lovely enclosed and alarmed pool and is within easy reach of plenty of places to keep you all entertained. The living accommodation consists of a master double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single room with a bunk-bed all served by a large family bathroom. Downstairs there is a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The living accommodation downstairs is an open plan sitting room, dining room and fully fitted, modern kitchen area. There is also a very large conservatory (which is an ideal place for children to escape the heat of the sun) which leads onto a private BBQ area and garden. The garden is not overlooked in any way and there is a lovely old oak tree which makes an excellent al fresco dining area! The swings, sand pit and little Wendy House in the garden will also help to keep the children entertained. Parent Points! - One thing to note about this house is that there is a split level between the sitting room area and the dining room, but the house is equipped with a Baby Den which you can use either to put your child into as a play pen or as a barrier to prevent falls.
- A second point to consider is the low window in the twin bedroom upstairs. The window is fitted with a toddler-proof lock and the door is fitted with a lock so that you can prevent little ones entering without your knowledge. This window makes this bedroom an unsuitable room for a toddler or small child.

And Beyond... La Grange de Puylagarde is situated in the Tarn et Garonne region, 8kms from the pretty town of Caylus and 12km from the larger and livelier town of Villefranche de Rouergue. The area is steeped in history with many medieval towns, bastides (fortified towns) and chateaux to visit. Your adventures can also include exploring the hills, mountains and breathtaking gorges nearby as well as the caves or `grottes`. For intrepid explorers, why not raft down the Averyron River, cycle, walk or trek on horseback and experience the amazing scenery of the local area. Parisot lake is only 4km away and is a great place for family picnics. There is a cafe and playground and you can hire pedalos or go to one of the many events that are held here. For those of you for whom France is a gourmet adventure, there is plenty to appeal. The local markets of Caylus and Villefranche offer plenty to tantalise the tastebuds whilst the many restaurants certainly leave you spolit for choice.
